I was never a big Jeff Foxworthy fan. I never watched his show. I never cared about the whole redneck spiel. It didn't really apply to me because I grew up in the city. Of course there were a bunch of country bumpkin white folks in the audience. This was no surprise. I always notice that those are the ones that watch stand-up performances. The ones who are getting made fun of! Isn't that bizarre? If you really think about it, I guess it makes total sense. They are the ones who can relate from personal experiences. They're the ones who get the jokes the best. Although I had not really experienced the issues that were made fun of in blue collar comedy tour, I still found them humorous.
